これほんろに全部飲んれいいの? / カラコロ

“Happy birthday, Meiko姉ちゃん! ”

Shall we say that as we enjoy the content producer who brought life to the occasion.   <- Click to enter the niconico party for our beloved nee-chan, that is, if you haven’t already!

MEIKO, Crypton’s first Vocaloid product in Japan, entered the entertainment circle on 2004’s November.  However, record shows that neechan’s debut song is probably “あの素晴らしい愛をもう一度”, a bonus track for a CD (“HISTORY OF LOGIC SYSTEM”) that was published in July 2003.  So, the historical evidence not only showed that our neechan is talented and loveable from the very beginning of Japanese Vocaloid culture, it also more than just hinting that Meiko-neechan is meant to be together with Kaito-niichan ^.^

【MEIKO生誕祭2009】Change me / shu-t【オリジナル】

Music, Lyrics: shu-t
Animation: Brother

Master level tuning and good animaion, very neat and perfect opening song for the party.  ‘Change me’ echoes with my image of Meiko in perfectly sync: a skilled, mature female singer specialized in techno songs.  shu-t is being known as the master of Meiko.  His other works, like Various Feelings, is just as amazing as ‘Change me’.

Some other songs from the birthday party are actually covers, like this one:

【KAITO・MEIKOでカバーPV付き】 siGrE

Original: sm5837378
Meiko voice tuning: ほいほいP
Kaito voice tuning: てかP
Animaion: verusさん

Comparing to the original Rin&Len version, I came to realize that the mood of this song fits the older Vocaloids better than the twins.  Oh and thanks for the nice PV for explaning what’s happening xD

August and September.  Autumn, Fall.  Faded heat and the season of  harvest.

Two years ago, a virtual Diva named Hatsune Miku came into existence and pioneered a new niche of fanfare started on nicovideo.jp.  Her initial success, fused with the artists’ talents and fans’ passion, pushed for the evolution of doujin music circle which has since radiated its newborn energy into the mainstream popular culture.

For the past month, doujin artists has been celebrating Miku’s 16+2nd birthday by uploading their love-filled works.  (Btw, 16+2≠18 years old.  Miku-chan is 16 forever!)
