Few months went by and I didn’t even notice it.  Somehow I didn’t feel like write anything on this blog; something was clogging my desire to make walls of text for logging purposes.  The official excuse is how the workload from classes I took bordered a whole new level, still, I did accomplish some suff, such as:

  • Saw a bunch of South Park doujin on pixiv, checked out the show, and got hooked.
  • Started playing EVE Online, and now ready to bid the game farewell.
  • Been slaying too many zombies in Left 4 Dead 2, now I feel bad.

As of now, an internship at an office setting consumes most of my time during the day.  Time to do some more gardening around here~

No. I did not get a beta key, so I didn’t get to play with real people… not like I ever wanted at this moment

I. Better Graphics

Despite people may call SC2 “cartoony”, its graphics lives up to the prestige and era.  WarCraft 3 looked good, and I’m happy that this game looks significantly better.  There’s an immense amount of detail to each piece of texture and animation to be discovered… which I do when watching AI playing against each other~  It’s also a plus which PC with very high to very low specs can run SC2… in different graphics details.

II. Less Microing

The amount of micro-management and the less casual stuff , such as APM, really turns me off from the original StarCraft.  I now applause the fact that SC2 is more about playing the game rather than playing a sport.  Don’t get me wrong though, a pro is still a pro with many aspects of playing SC2 can be trained opon.  Now it’s really about build, attack, expand, etc… all the macro-management where it is faster to learn and get a grip about.

Again, the game is still in “closed” beta testing.  Too bad I don’t get to see yo mommaship’s ownage before she got too fat, lol.  I guess even though her old skill sounds totally overpowering, so it’s good to see things got more balanced this way.

In conclusion, StarCraft2 does not disappoint me at all; quite amazing, so definitely I’ll get a copy of the game once it’s released :p

“There is no doubting it. Redire’s power level is over 9000. ”

It’s one of the “n wonders of Mabinogi Mainstream quests”.  Here is an analytical report, written by kitaek27 and is backed with facts and statistics, on how and why Redire is one of the leetest NPC in Mabinogi.  Be warned, though, as it is obvious that the topic contains Generation 2 and 3 spoiler ~

But Ferghus is still »» all.

Come to think about it, Umineko is the first thing I can relate to Halloween.

And of course, it must have Maria in it, since she’s such a Halloween maniac.

If Maria goes trick-or-treating, Rosa, being the responsible monther, should be watching her daughter.

But Mr. Battler, aren’t you a bit TOO OLD to go on trick-or-treating?

Battler: “I’m actually on a date with Aunt Rosa.”

Rosa: “No you are not.”

/facepalm.  This is why I hate summer classes.  I’ll never have enough time to finish all these episodes along with Umineko Ep5 ;d

Since this is still an ongoing incident and looks like it will last as long as I live in this incredibly bad dorm, I feel I already put too much effort worry about the service which I supposedly to enjoy, not frustrate over with.  So, after the Spring Break our entire building’s Internet speed is like being infected by AIDS (use your imagination), and it took our ISP, eLeisure two weeks to identify the problem, and another two week ATTEMPT to fix it.

I have to crown them the title of Most Ineffective and Most Incompetent people I’ve ever talked to.

Even talking to them makes me feel that, it is ME who is being messed up, not them!  I guess y’all can learn from my experience: when you are considering moving into a place where they offer you “free high-speed Internet connection,” do consult some current residents on the issue whether the ISP is worthy or not.
